Returns/Refunds or echange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after reveiving your order.
Do i need to pay for the return?
We have free returns with PayPal. Didn’t pay with PayPal? Then are you responsible for the return costs. Want to return shipping refunded when you used PayPal on our website? Just click here to activate the PayPal service.

We are so sorry to hear you have reveived a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

There is a 1-hour window where you can cencel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’button.
After 1 hour, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to followour returns process. Check it out here. If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to cencel it by messaging us. * If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
