Shipping information

Shipping times quoted are the time it will take once the item has been shipped. Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via a post couriers. All orders will be tracked and will require a signature. All orders will be ackaged and shipped out the same day if the order is place before 3pm (UTC +1). Orders placed after then will be shipped the following day. Customscharges such as duty and tax. may apply to international orders and the reveiver accepts that it is their responsibility to pay the charges.

Failed delivery

If the package cannot be deliverd to the given shipping adress due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping adress, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to COUNTER DRIP at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items not received but tracking shows delivered

We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as deliverd. We ask that the delivery address you choose is secure and there will be someone there to reveive our pacel.
